145 Alive 12th July UPDATE.
The most recent event took place on the 12th July 2026 across the UK and Norway. It was a very successful event as the data from the net control logs illustrates.
53 nets operated across the UK with a further 10 nets operating in Norway. A total therefore of 63 nets were in operation during the 3 hour period.
A total of 2081 contacts were made across FM and SSB with a total of 1245 unique call signs in operation.
In the UK 1924 contacts were made and 157 in Norway.
These numbers are an improvement from the previous events with more contacts being made and more operators taking part. These are of course just from the Net Control logs and therefore do not represent the total picture by some way.
A big THANK YOU goes all all those who took part.
The next event is on the 13th September 2026 (12 -3pm local) and the website (145alive.com) will be set up after the 1st August for you to register Nets for that event. if you aren't registered on the website please do that ASAP.
The ML&S Martin Lynch & Sons Giveaway will be set up soon once all the call signs have been gathered from the UK Net logs and more details will follow regarding this.
Finally, over the next week or so all those who operated a Net will receive an email containing a Certificate, so keep a look out in your inboxes.
